I just got the game so i aint sure, but i would probably say from ur garage or something, or maybe a new car was unclocked in the the car lot.

when you say bonus cars are you refering to the black addition of the game? If so they can not be used in career mode.
Other cars you win the pink slips for during the career mode will
be delivered to your garage after you win it and get the right
"?" marker that puts up a message that says you got the pink slip
