I have read all the threads regarding the issues with Sky High, however, my symptoms are different...Hoping someone can help!
Environment: P4 hyperthread, Plextor DVD burner, Memorex DVD drive, 40gig free drive space, DVDShrink, VOBBlanker, Decrypter, AnyDVD. I have not had any previously problems backing up my DVDs.

When I put in the Sky High DVD and run DVDShrink, there is no problem scanning the DVD for content. When I select the content to backup, DVDShrink starts to back up then hangs early on (maybe VOB1?)

AnyDVD in background, try to launch Decrypter. Decrypter starts to read the DVD then promptly closes down. Try to open Decrypter again and it promptly closes down. I cant get Decrypter to display files at all. Any Ideas???

Many thanks in advance!

You may also have a bad copy of DVDdecrypter. I would get a fresh one, uninstall the failing copy and reinstall the new. Maybe this will work.

Cheers.

This is what I did to back-up Sky High:

1) Rip the entire movie with DVD Fab Decrypter (folder is like 6 GB)
2) Drag that folder onto VOB Blanker
3) Once VOB Blanker is done, drag that folder on DVD Shrink
4) Burn as usual

Shrink wouldn't cut it on this one, even with AnyDVD running in background. I was all prepared for a challenge but AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 did this one without a hitch.
Shrink gave me errors during analysis for the first time! AnyDVD and Shrink have always worked for me before, wonder what's up with this disc?
