This would be my first day trying to copy a DVD. I downloaded Shrink and got the movie to my hard drive using www.dvdplusvideo.com/index.htm website instructions. Now how do I get the movie to a blank DVD using Fab Decrypter? Can I even do this? All the instructions on the above website use the no longer DVD decrypter. Am I even on the right track? Please help out the new guy!!!! Sorry if this has been asked before. I have been reading for hours and am on information overload about now.

Thanks for the DVD Decrypter linky 9mm. Now how do I get the movie from my hard drive to a blank disk. Everything I see is how to use it to rip from the original disk to the hard drive. More info would be great.

If you have the movie ripped to the hard drive, open dvdShrink, click open files and navigate to the movie. Now you can do your thing with it. I always reauthor and only do the main movie title. If you use the guide in my signature step by step you will git er done!
Here is another informative link!

That plus the one in my signature will get you going.
Cheers.

Sorry camarojsc, but DVDFab is not a Burner only decrypts and rips.
@demello,
Like 9mmruger1 said download DVDDecrypter and then use this guide:
http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/backup%20with%20DVDFABDecrypter,S...
This is for DVDFab/DVDShrink/DVDDecrypter. I put this one in because you already have DVDFab and it handles the new protection stuff.

Hey 9mmruger1,
When you go to the link you provided it says right on the home page that the software is no longer being offered. Any other suggestions?

use this link http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/index.html and go to software page. Download DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. Then go to the Guide section and print the one that uses these programs together. I did it for the first time today and had great results the first time. I am now thinking of using AnyDVD with CloneDVD. It seems like there is less to it. Looks even easier than what I did today. Good luck.

@essay55,
Good choice, AnyDVD is well spent money and well worth it.
I have used nothing but AnyDVD/DVDShrink/Nero for some time now and have nothing but the best regards for that combo?
I always use Verbatim 16X MCC 004 and sometimes burn at 16x when I?m in a hurry. Have never had a problem??? (Knock on Wood!) LOL
