Not many of you will no or believe this but I invented the PSP.
i had the idea for it years ago while being asked to produce a design unique handheld electrical device for some coursework of a course i was taking.
My idea was to make a handheld playstation that used mini disks for games. I still have the original drawings and specification for the device which i also named the PSP (it stood for Play Station Pocket though rather than portable)
i thought about patenting the idea back then...
Now i can only wish that i had

Even if ya had Sony have their own team of designers who make up what consoles will look like. Not to mention there could be other people who thought of the same idea as you did.

Very true,
im jus sayin it because it annoys me to think that an idea i had and did nothing about has been recently released and is making millions on the market.
Other people may well have had the same idea and i bet theyr all kicking themselves too

okay so maybe you can draw up with a sketch for a new portable gaming device, but did you do any of the engineering for all the electronics or anything? If not that Sony didn't copy you, its just a coincidence that yours was similar to the one Sony designed. But unless you actually built a working one, or at least had a complete scematics of the entire system, they didn't rip you off.
