hello, every time i try to burn a disk i get a gray bar in dvd shrink.

I assume you are talking about the compression bar at the top. If it is all gray it is not recognizing the file that you are trying to encode.

Make sure that you are identifying the video files that you need.

Use the guide in my signature block for dvddecrypter and dvdshrink. Follow it step by step.

Post back results or more details about what you are doing (process).
