Can not encode Avi file

Das.Letzte.Einhorn.DVDRip.German.English.DivX.avi
This is the movie I am trying to encode, tried DVD Santa and VSO DiVx-DVD
Error says ..unsupported audio stream
Why won't it encode.... just because it's 2 languages????

This movie description said both German and English language.
What can I do?
It plays with Divx player but in German language default, won't even start in windows media player.

Try changing it to MEPG1 or MPEG4 then encode it.
