All you do is load Swap Magic up press eject put a real ps2 game that has a high TOC and then swap for the backup using you normal swapping method.

Example: Load swap magic up then get a game like gt4 which has a high TOC press eject stick it in and you will have the TOC of that game to work with so if you used gt4 the TOC would be the size of that (something like 5gb) and games like Mercenaries that require a TOC swap should boot.

What game are you trying to boot and what game are you using for the TOC? Remember you have to make sure that the game your using for the TOC swap is bigger than the backup game your trying to play.

Also what media did you use and at what speed did you burn at?

when i put the original game in to toc refresh, it says not a vaid ps2 disc

Cant understand why its not working, dose your Ps2 have any problems reading DVDs, Games or Cd's?
