DVD copy playback on PC and Stand Alone Player

I was wondering if someone with alot more knowledge than me could answer this question. I have been making perfect DVD copies using the various methods described here at Afterdawn. For some reason, some of the copies do not play properly when played on my PC, however they ALL work perfectly on the stand alone player. I have used the same method in all copies and am curious as to why this is happening. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks
