With MIJ dvds becomming almost extinct in the stores these days will MIT eventually monopolise the dvd media market or will the demand for MIJ reverse the current course?
I always have a hard time finding MIJ media in stores. I don't mind ordering online though, so that's probably what I'll do. I can get genuine Taiyo Yuden media online anyway.
Most consumers don't realize the difference in quality between MIJ and MIT on most media.... Therefore, there is no significant demand for MIJ media. We here at AD should consider ourselves lucky to be enlightened and have little competition as we dig through spindle after spindle looking for the precious MIJ!!! LOL
Personally, I just stick to the unbranded TY... The stores can stock all the MIT they want as far as I am concerned...
teflonmyk- I understand you but from my limited experience there was only a few mij branded media brands available anyways atleast in stores ( Brick & motrar ) You have /had Fuji/taiyo yuden-MIJ's , Maxell Mij's & some Sony /taiyo yudens I may have missed a brand here or there but that pretty much covers it on The Regular Brick & mortar stores Bestbuy , Circuitcity ect! but as was said earlier you can get whatever you want online ! also Some Taiwan Media is actaully good ! Genuine Verbatims , Riteks & ricoh ! But I guess it's all in what you want right! and also as was stated most non afterdawn type people don't know to look so more for us ! good post !
