Hi Everyone,

I'm curious which media is better TDK or Verbatim? I noticed everyone seems to like verbatim, I personally have nevr used it. I read a report about 6 months ago and TDK media was rated #1 along with maxell. Fuji and some other media was rated #2. I don't remember if verbatim was rated in the report or not.

I've used TDK for a long time and haven't had any problems with it. But is Verbatim better? I ask because my local Sam's Club always has Verbatim on sale, but I've never used it. I've looked through some of the forums but couldn't find TDK media being discussed. Am I the only one that uses it?

Thanks everyone.

I used TDK some time ago, but when I became more knowledgeable with the back up scene I decided on Verbatim and have been using them since. You are right....SAM's has some great deals on Verb's.

sorry, in MY opinion, TDK SUCKS BALLZ~! :)

but hey, IF you say you are having success with them and no "problems", then may i wish you continued success with them~

if you were to ask ME, you wouldn't be able to finish ur sentence before i declared Verbatim the CLEAR winner of this contest~

good luck...

btw, i'm sure u "read" that TDK was rated in the "top tier" along w/ TY and Maxell from an OUTDATED source...lemme guess... http://digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm LOL..why does EVERYONE go by the ratings on that site? seriously...while it's a very good "guideline" to go by on media amongst many other informative articles...it's NOT up to date...manufacturers change, brand names change, media quality changes over time...etc..etc...don't believe everything you read my friend...let EXPERIENCE guide your decisions, NOT what a website says...
