Are you sure when you rip your file and choose backup in Shrink you are telling it on the backup screen to create an iso file and burn with Decrypter?

after the shrink"ing", he opens automatically DVD Decrypter...
just ask me to put a new/blank DVD...
after I putted the DVD, he works by his own...
a little music, just to say everything was ok...

but at the end...DVD full and nothing on it! :-((

If it is full then there is something on it, what players have you tried these disks on and have you tried other media?

Let's get back to the basics.

Tell us the model of your DVD Burner and the firmware version that it has. See this pix.

Notice at the top right of the pix it gives my burner and firmware.

Mine is the HL...GSA 4163B A105

Now open decrypter and copy and paste your information for us to see.

I can't locate this drive: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?category=14&manufactor=18

Firmware is latest for the 820b

I am at a loss. Wonder if your drive is good? If you use windows explorer can you see anything on the disc?

Is this a laptop?

@ruger

This is a drive that has very little support, you got to try the Sony Vaio site I think.

Here is the little info I can give. This drive will only play it's own region. It does not like any region free software

http://www.club-vaio.com/clubvaio/mvnforum/viewthread?thread=1693...

So here is what you can try make sure Decrypter is set to your region to rip. When you open Shrink and go to the Backup screen select the region tab and uncheck the region free and make sure you then check the region your drive is set to and then try backing up again.

@arniebear, thanks for that. I was gettin confused at the issue.

@polilollo

I think you might want to consider obtaining a different burner.

Try playing your disc with the VLC player at http://www.videolan.com

cheers
