I'm having a problem backing up boiler room. I have any dvd and have been using that with dvd shrink and dvd decrypter. Nothing seems to work.

Welcome to the forum. Since that movie is 5 yrs old DVDDecrypter should be able to rip it. Clean the disk real well and then see if there are any bad scratches. If they are real bad then you might have to try and find a better copy. You can also tell DVDD to ignore the errors and see if that helps

old movies seem to have alot of scratch you may try dvd Fab if it is not work
