Im using Nero 7 Im telling you it isnt the burning programme. That has nothing to do with it

Do both drives give you the same problem?

Are you saying that neither drive will recognize blank media?

Have you checked your cables and made sure that the drives are mastered and slaved correctly?

You may have to take the unit in to a PC doctor.

Oh the F drive is a virtual one, ignore it, and I have a bit of an update, well i can take most DVDs but there are x4 ones and i have about 50 of them so you can imagine id like to be able to use them.
