First things first welcome to AD and remove your serial number, it begins with 1A20. We wouldn't want any pirates getting ahold of that now would we.

Free up memory, you have alomst none left. No multitasking, and close any uneeded progs running in the background.

You are burning to close to the edge of the disc. Set your target for 4300.

The PXHELP20 is Roxio, I think? You will find it creates conflicts, especially with Nero.

All of those InCD files are Nero drivers, but are also known to cause conflicts.

I would get rid of both of those drivers, unless you use them for other things on a regular basis.

This is all that I see right now, but others will be by and probably catch something I've missed.

This is not Roxio. Read about it at:

Yup,dolphin2 is right its not Roxio. Disregard removal.

Just uninstall Nero and reinstall it, but don't install the InCD this time 'round.

I had a problem similar to this one and i am running winxp pro, i checked my services through admin and found that my imap cd burning com service had been disabled. Dont know how but that prohibited me to back up my movies. You may also want to check that before you uninstall. Just an option that could have saved me alot of hassle, maybe itll work for you. Good luck
