I have recently downloaded the free trial but it keeps saying it doesn't reconize a dvd burner. I have an external dvd burner that I use on my laptop and don't know how to have this program recognize it. I have a Compaq 2100. Any Help

What program is telling you it does not recognize the burner?

Do you have the fox head in the task tray?

When you put a DVD in the burner does the fox head flicker pale and then back to dark red after about 15 to 20 seconds?
