I m a bit new to DVD burning etc. I wanted to burn a homevideo from my digivideo camera. I transfered the movies to my harddisk, and from there i converted them to .VOB format using winavi converter. Finally i used nero to burn it on an empty Memorex DVD+R.
which successfully finished. However, when i tried to play the DVD on my PS2, the menu showed up, but when i try to open any of the scenes, it just gets stuck there and nothing shows up...
This problem is really wasting alot of my DVD+R and is starting to irritate me :S.
Kindly help me with this situation.
Thankyou

I simply used nero vision to make the menus and all, cuz i dont really know any other softwares etc.
The disc that i used was a memorex, cuz i have checked in various sources, most ppl recommend it so... :S

hi

you may be able to use them but alot here have problems, you could try burning slower like 4x or even 2x, try not to compress to much on the disc... also booktype the +R to dvdrom for better compatabilty, it makes it more like an -R disc, also set the output size back to about 4300meg so as not to burn to outer edge of disc

i use RITEK (GO5 dye type ID)
