I/O error DVDDecrypter

I'm burning this disc for my mom, it's some concert disc. It's unecrypted and little compression was neccesary. I tried it w/ DVD Shrink and I got a CRC error, so I went and cleaned the disc. tried it again, still CRC. So I used DVD Decrypter b/c I had heard that DVDDecrypter was better at bad disc. And this is the error I got. Oh yeah, I changed DVDDecrypter to 'aggressive'

Well here's the error:

I/O error!

ScsiStatus:0x02
INterpretation: Check condition

Sense Area: 700003 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 11 00 00 00 00 00
Interpretation:Unrecovered Read Error.

So do you guys think it's just a bad disc?

If you are getting the error with both Decrypter and Shrink it is more than likely the disk is bad. Since you have tried cleaning it and it will not work, see if you can take it back and get another original. You can try DVDFab Decrypter which sometimes does better ripping bad disks. Available from http://www.filepedia.com
