Any suggestion how to break down mpeg movie into frames of jpeg files?

I never made them, but Womble MPEG-VCR has the button 'snapshot', which extract a snapshot from the MPEG movie you've just loaded (depending on the point you're scrolling, it extracts a snapshot from that image). So, if you convert to MPEG any format you have, u can create any snapshot of your choice.
