Everytime when I played this movie 'Left Behind_World at War' on my PC, there's a high pitched beep sound that lasts for 10 seconds before the opening titles come on. This is a Sony Picture. In view of the recent Sony spyware thing, I am very wary of Sony's movies. What if they put their spyware on their DVD disks too. Anyone experience similar events?
As far as I know, Sony isn't putting Spyware on any of their DVDs. They are using the Sony ARccOS protection on a lot of the newer releases though, which is making things difficult for some people to copy them.
I have no idea what the noise is that you're hearing. I've never encountered that problem before.
I've never had this problem. I don't think that Sony has any spyware on their DVDs but given the fact that someone found spyware on Sony CDs (and it was pretty much out of by accident) nothing nowadays would surprise me the least.
