Hello i orderd from you guys last monday and its now nearly been 2 weeks and still nothing. When i phoned you last thursday you said the order had been shipped out on tuesday and i should be recieving it any day. However when i phoned you today you said it was shipped out this monday via first class. If that is the case i shoulda got it by now. Now come on man if you aint got the products please do not accept money as i needed the swap discs for a present.
I would like to know if any other forum members have had similar problems and if so when did you finally get your order. If you didnot get it were you given a refund. Cause this is p*ssing me off. I let down a good friend of mine.

I think I remember reading of others also getting delays ordering from that site. Try doing a search you should be able to come up with those other threads.

its taken 3 weeks to get my dms 4 from them, they only sent after i threatened legal acion. my advice is pay a bit more and get your stuff somewhere else these guys are a waste of space. it only took 1 week to get my psp from japan so god knows what memtech are doing.

I have had very similar problems, also had the postage date change from one to the other, i am still trying to get a refund from october for a flip top that never arrived.
they are a joke, i will be seeing this guy in court and its gonna cost him more than the cost of a flip top lid.

these guys seriously suck. I guess I was lucky, though.
I made the order and paid with paypal. Then I get an email asking me what item I ordered because somehow the order didn't register with them and they only knew about me because of the paypal payment email (which means I didn't even have access to the order status on their website).
I sent them the details but didn't get any response. I sent them another email asking about the status of the order, got some useless, clueless reply so after a few days I asked for a refund. Apparently by that time they already shipped my filptop because the very next day I got it in the mail. So... at least I got it in the end?
BTW- my dad had to fiddle with the fliptop and sand a part of it to make it work properly. I'm not sure if that's a problem with all the filptops they sell or if it's just me...
I did search for info about them before ordering but didn't find anything bad or good. I hope people find this thread before ordering...

Hi Guys,
Did any of you have any luck recovering your money from Memtech? They took £59 off my card in November for an order that's still showing as Pending and will not answer my emails, calls or letter. I've submitted multiple enquiries using the contact form on their site. My credit card company can't recover money from Nochex apparently as their T&Cs state they don't deal with disputes. This is surely illegal isn't it? Anyway, I'm going to get onto Trading Standards now, but I sense the Small Claims Court might be the only recourse.

They finally coughed up the product in the end, after I sent a recorder delivery letter.
They really cannot run a business by ignoring the phones and not bothering to answer email.

Similar problem here: Ordered Swap Magic set on 14th November.
I have recieved nothing after several emails and leaving phone messages.
2 months of ignoring me after taking my money.
Unacceptable behaviour.
I will arrange for my solicitor to send them a letter unless I get a refund in the next 24 hours.

Thats wierd i must of been lucky from that site because i ordered a swap magic and a fliptop from it last summer and it came in about 4 or 5 days.

Hi guys just found this thread after ordering a slimline Flip-top and swap magic from Memtech on Saturday 11th March. Was a little concerned but decided not to panic and give them the benefit of the doubt. Glad I did so - my package arrived today Wednesday 15th March. Very impressed with the service. Cheers Memtech.
