Found new bug/conflict between DVDShrink and Nero when titles are 100+. How to solve it?

While trying to assemble together a number of extras from a few different DVDs, I noticed that when putting together 100+ different titles, the DVD so reauthored with DVDShrink can not be burned with Nero.
This happens because Nero only recognizes files with filenames of the VTS_nn_n kind, while DVDShrink when authoring DVDs composed of 100+ titles produces files with filenames of the VTS_nnn_n kind.
The presence of 3 figures instead of 2 between the '_'s of the filename makes the files nonrecognizable by Nero.
I searched the archives of the forum for this bug/conflict, but it seems I am the first one to be aware of it.
Does anyone have any idea about how to bypass it or fix it?

Wow! That is a lot of different titles.

Can you combine some of them to drop the number below 100?

I don't think that you can combine 2+ different titles in one using DVD Shrink. Probably I should use some sort of AVID Editor or similar, but I don't have such a program and I am not interested in buying one, since the use I could do of it would be very limited.
So, I would like to find a way to overcome this conflict using only DVDShrink and Nero, unless there's some freeware editing program downloadable for free on the net with which I can assemble more titles in one just as they were different chapters of the same title.

Easy Video Joiner has a 7 day free trial. It's easy and quick to use. You might find some others if you Google. http://www.doeasier.org/joiner/

After joining them together, you can still keep the chapters with your authoring software.

I did download Easy Video Joiner and I found it quite useless for my scope. It does not recognize the files produced by DVDShrink nor does recognize the files from the original DVDs.
I suppose this kind of software is good to join stuff downloadeded from the net and to burn it in a DVD like it was just one movie. Apart from that, I really don't see its worth.
