Yeah it can, one way to help is to use audacity or dbpoweramp to convert the file to a lower bitrate.

I've heard 64kbps is fairly optimal, but that u can go lower or higher depending on what sounds best

thats cool...it sounds weird anyway so changing the bit rate shouldn't be too harsh

you have to unlock a phone to make it able to be used for other phone companies...basically insert your "smart card" and go
