Can't hear Ringtones in my Bluetooth earpiece. (Razr 3)

I made some ring tones and I can hear them when I disable my bluetooth headset, but when I have it on I can't listen to the songs or any preloaded ringtones. I can't hear them at all.

Now I can hear video in the earpiece fine but not the ringtones. Any idea why or if I can get the volume in my earpiece for ringtones.

Hi. All ringtones are disabled when using Bluetooth headsets with any bluetooth compatible motorola phone. Sux but thats the way it is. The software automatically changes to the "continental" ringtone (regular phone ring). Motorola is currently looking int o new software patch that you can load thru mobile phone tools to fix it so your assigned ringer ID's will work. But my experience with Motorola so far is its probably not going to be fixed till a new set of phones is released. (the next generation)

If you were wondering if i know this to be a fact or if i am blowing smoke out my A** I am a T-mobile tech rep so i get all kinds of insider info about phones.
