Just ran into same issue! Tried 3 times on my super fast system. Then brought it to my wifes older system and although it has an OK DVD writer, the DVD reader is very slow. BUT, it worked. Trying something else now on the fast system again and will let you all know later...even copied the key from my wifes system log in DVD Decrypter.

I noticed that my wife had the older DVD Decrypter, 3.5.1.0 and not 3.5.4.0. Her older one worked!

OK, I feel like I am talking to myself here, but that is OK.
I believe I now know why there are issues where some do fine on this DVD and others are having issues. I thought it was the level of the software but it was NOT. It was the DVD Reader. My wife's system is older, but worked fine. I have a newer one and had issues with this DVD. BUT, I put the source in the DVD Writer (an NEC) and it worked fine! I guess that some readers have a problem with the bad sector and it causes interface issues.

You are not alone, it is true you may have trouble with a disk in one drive and not another, that is why it is always good to have more than one drive if you have a failure. It gives you another option.
