can anyone help me i have an original copy of madagascar wich will play on my tv dvd players but when i try it in a computer at home and work nothing happens, i run slysoft anydvd 5.6.3.1 nothing even shows up in the drive any dvdshrink says there is no disk in the drive

perhaps your drive is not recognized.

try this...
open 'my computer' right click your drive when it opens and see if it will play manually.
if not, go to your settings and see if it is installed and working normally. you may have to uninstall the driver and then re-boot to re-install.
it will add it back in automatically.
just a thought, i have had this problem before.

Every time I install a new version of Morpheus my dvd drive seems to do this to and i do the same steps to get it back. It also kicks my soundcard off the system and needs to be reinstalled!

Had problem with the same movie. I decrypted it just fine, but when I tried to burn it with Shrink I got the error message: IO overlapping in progress. Never would burn. But it stayed in the hard drive and I could view it from my computer. Weird science.
