let's have LAST section of your Nero log which lives in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar.

You can differentiate sections via this section divider "====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======"

Try to turn off some other stuff that you are not using to free up some memory.

This appears to be an audio CD rather than a DVD - correct?

DMA should be turned on. You can do this by going through you device manager under your IDE Atapi controllers/ primary and secondary channels.

Last address to be written: -1 ( 0:00.-1, 0MB)
Make sure you set your target size to 4300 to avoid writing too close to the edge of the disc.

I see that you are booktyping those Verb DVD+R's, good choice. And your not burning over 4X, and have a successful burn.

Your firmware appears to be up to date, and you are using the current version of Nero.

Creaky will be by soon to pick up any loose pieces I may have missed.

Hi

I know nothing compared to some of these guys and all that log stuff means nothing to me, but just one question....

Do you movies seem to get stuck at about the same time? Example, say you burn 3 different movies, do they all play ok till about 3/4 of the way through then start to freeze?

I had some bad discs once, out of 100 of them about half were rubbish but by the time i realised what was going on i had used most of them and couldn't send them back to,,,,am i allowed to say this? bigpockets. They looked ok and you couldn't see any damage until you had burnt on them and then the burning would reveal a lighter coloured ring in the dye near the outer edge of the disc on the dodgy ones, that's when I could tell the disc would freeze up! It was soooo annoying because you had to use the disc before you knew if it was ok or not.

Xbox 1.6 Executor3 EvoX 120gb
Custom white case, controler port and power button blue LED mods.
AMD Athlon XP 2.2gig, 120gb 7200rpm HD
512mb PC2700 ram, Delta Audiophile soundcard.
27" HD LCD, 450w dolby digital system.
