Basically I have a few discs here that have hardly info on them and although I'm new to this stuff I'm pretty sure I should be able to burn over them, like I have done with RW CD'S in the past.
I use an external USB dvd drive and for a while I have had problems getting it to work but I finally have. I convert my files such as movie AVI to DVD files using WIN-AVI converter and this seems to work most of the time when burning through nero express 6.
But this problem has arisen now and I know you'll say go and get new discs but the thing is I used a new blank DVD disc yesterday and it did the same thing it appears to buffer fine but when it goes to burn it sticks on 1% for ages then a message comes up readin "could not perform end of disc-at-once" and it's aborted and it does this every bloody time.
If it helps I've got the report log for why it failed last time if it makes any sense, as I said I'm new to this stuff
