Some models of the 6101 unlock and some don't. The Canada version is one of the main ones that we have problems with.

5 times?? don't think it'ii work anymore. you need to take it to a cell phone shop to get it unlocked because it's hardlocked.

Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

If anyone try more than 5 times, the phone will not take the code anymore. It has to unlock by cable. Email i'manidiot.com edited by ddp for more information
