I cant beleive I cant find a single stinkin site where I can get DL printables for a decent price. I bought some on EBAY they were Dysan. What crap, bought 20 result 15 coasters. Oh they burned alright just when I played them back about half way through the movie started "sticking" momentarily. Does anyone know of a good vendor for DL Printable VERBs or equivalant. Merry xmas to all

Have patience. I remember when CD/W's were $5 (US). Now get 100 for $16 or less. Also DVD-+ discs were similarly price when first came out and if look for sales and specials can get some decent 4X TYs at some of the online sites for $31 to $40 per 100. With all the DL burners now will only be a matter of time before the price comes down on those discs.

Hi rn73,

I guess I must be a little order than you :) since the 1st burner we ever had at work was a 1x burner, and each CD-R were about $15.00can (About $12.00US - $13.00US).

After bombing 3 or 4 in a row, my boss would look at me with big eyes :)

We were using Windows 95 (Freshly out on the market) and CDBurn95, some kind of awfull burning software HAHAHA !!!

The 1st burner I ever bought was an HP 7200e External Parallel for $400.00can on special !!!

I think it was like $600.00 full price, so I jumped on the occasion with that big $200.00 savings !

Older? Possibly but I didn't get into burning CDs until my computer geek son got me started in 80's so I probably missed (?) when the CD's were $15. Still remember Word in blue screen with DOS keyboard commands before Windows 3.1 came out. Remember when a 500MGB HD was considered HUGE? I just got a DL burner just for the time when DL discs are more reasonably priced. Too chicken to buy now and make EXPENSIVE coasters while I learn how to burn DL. DVD-5 good enough for me and even on a friend's 52" HDTV can't see any quality loss with "compressed" DVDs. Maybe I would if I didn't have to be inches away because of poor eyesight! Just kidding! One last thought, "Age is a matter of the mind, if you don't mind it don't matter!"

Hallway thanks for your spending your time looking and posting but sadly these are not printable. Reiewing the other posts here some must perceive me as young and impatient. Young, fraid not imaptient, no confused as to how you can go to numerous stores and buy DL discs Verbs or other HQ at WAY less than $2.00. But do you think your look around the shelfs and find printables? I think not unless you want to spend $2.75 to $4.00 ea. Come on,, how much more can it really cost to stick on some junk to print to?? P.S. BD 1953
