Take into account here that I am a SERIOUS newbie when it comes to modding. My softmod was done mostly by a friend using a tutorial, and I no longer have access to backup files that I used to have on my Xbox (I changed things around using Flash FXP) since I don't have access to that PC anymore.
I, stupidly, trying to access the Xbox Dash after softmodding, accidentally hit "Create Shadow C Drive", and my Xbox locked up. I rebooted, and now I recieve error message 21 every time I turn on the console. This happened about a year ago, so I don't remember too many details about the modding process or Flash FXP itself. I just now am getting angry that I can't access my dash. I would love to be able to access my softmod dash again, but that isn't as important right now as the MSDash itself. As far as I know, the softmod files are still on my Xbox. And (I believe), the original dash file was replaced with another to do something (I can't remember, it's been too long).
Basically, I just want to know how I can fix this. But if you offer any advice (thanks a lot if you do), take into account that I am a newb in this process, and you will likely have to refresh my mind on a lot of technical stuff.
Thanks a lot.
EDIT: I CAN boot up my discs even with this message up. That might be important. I just can't access the dash.
EDIT 2: I'd especially like it if there's a solution to this without having to re-softmod. I lost my memory card, and the darn things are expensive ($25 freakin bucks for that piece of crap?!). But if an alternative is too complicated (or there is no alternative), I'd be willing to buy a new one if I have to. But take into account that since I can't access the dash, I can't mess around with the memory files from the dash.
