Can't install until UDF File System Driver 2.0 is removed

Does anyone know what this means? It's telling me that it can't install until UDF File System Driver 2.0 is removed. This is for upgrading Ulead MovieFactory 2 to Version 4. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp...And asking Ulead Tech Support is useless.

maybe try uninstalling the old ulead studio software and then try the new install
