hey,

i tried backing up my Family Guy DVDs the new ones Volume 3.

the problem disc is disc 2 all the others i have backed up with success but this one seems to give me problems.

When i run dvd shrink this msg comes up while trying to analyze the disc (the process that happens when u click open disc)

"Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check)"

DVD decrypter wont decrypet either. the minute i open dvd decrypt an error msg

Try cleaning the disc real well. CRC's can happen due to smudges, fingerprints, scratches, etc. If that fails, you can try DVDFab Decrypter (free) and see it it will rip the disc.

Otherwise you may have a bad press.
