I have been using DVD Shrink to copy Highlander the tv series. It used to work fine, but now everytime I use it I get an error saying "Parameter Incorrect." Does anyone know what this means? Is there an incorrect setting in DVD Shrink? Or a problem with the disks?

Welcome to the forum. That error has been reported at the Shrink site and the workaround is to rip it w/ DVDDecrypter in file mode all of the files to HD. You can also use DVDFAB Decrypter or AnyDVD so take you pick of rippers and have a go at it
