The gamecube is more compatible with normal sized dvds right. I'm having a hard time finding the right mini dvd for it (most of the time they won't boot, but if they do, I get a black screen after like 5 mins of playing) so I was thinking of getting one of those hushtrap cases so I could use reg sized dvds. You guys think it's worth it?

Oh yeah, are mini DVD-RWs compatible with the gamecube?

You have to use DVD-R or DVD+R (DVD+R doesn't work for everyone though), you can't use any of the rewritables. Also, mini and full size DVD-R work equally well with the GameCube.
