do I need to change the setting in Clone DVD2 to 4300 like i needed to in DVD Shrink? If so, how do I do that. Thank you very much...

According to Ollie, from the CD freaks forum, and the author of CloneDVD, you do not need to change the target as it has alread been calculated into the formula.

I do not change it for my burns with Clone and have not had a problem with skipping or freezing or pixelations.

That being said, you still can if you want to. Try it both ways, check the corresponding compression levels and see which works best.
