I believe you should have followed your own advice and been true to your words:

With this, I rest my case.....
As I said, there was no debate. You're right though, I should show some sense and stop trying to explain things to you. Seems everyone else caught on though. ;)

If you insist, but I reserve the right to only do it with certain people. ;)

DVD Rebuilder can keep the menu's without the extras.

Someone asked why would one want menu's and no extras. The answer to that is because there might be more than on Soundtrack on the DVD. The disc could contain Dolby Digital (AC3 5 Ch) and DTS, to add greater compatibility as means of future proofing their backup.

The majority of members wouldn't back up on the AnyDVD and CloneDVD combo. I think that AnyDVD is great app because it's keeping pace with the latest encryptions but in my view CloneDVD is just another transcoder and no better than DVD Shrink which is free.

Individuals who are serious about quality use DVD Rebuilder and a high quality encoder such as Cinema Craft Encoder or Procoder 2. No transcoder can match either of them especially large files. For those who are interested DVD Rebuilder can be downloaded from here with a new free high quality encoder (HC encoder).
