Safedisk is giving me a headache.

I have an image file. It is an add-on for an existing game that I purchased and works well. I can install the add-on but when I go to execute the game it asks me to insert the add-on disc. I own one of the add-ons already so I have a functioning example and from what I can tell it just checks the add-on disc to make sure it's legit and then never asks for it again, well when I insert a copy of the add-on disc it gives me an error message telling me to insert the original add-on disc. Which unfortunately I lost so all I have are these backup images I made a long time ago. A-Ray scanner says I have Safedisc 2/3, ClonyXXL says I have Safedisc 2, and Safedisc 2 Cleaner says I have Safedisc v1.40.004. I don?t know what to do, nothing works, and everything says something different. Any advice?
