Search is your friend. Try searching this forum, and use the term "Bewitched." You will find more discussion than you care to read, and you will also find the solution much faster than I could possibly type, especially since there are several options.

In short, that disc has Sony ARccOS on it, and it will take a bit of a workaround to get it to rip properly. There are several options (as mentioned above), and most of them are actually a piece of cake.

An Error in VTS_02_3.VOB suggests that there is a problem with your disc. It could be scratched dirty or just a bad pressing. Abort the rip and choose to skip the file. Then continue and rip the rest of the disc.

When you are finished, you will want to first try again and rip VTS_02_3.VOB. If it fails again, then clean the disc and try the file again. If this does not work, use car wax (the ones that spray). This will fill in any light scratches (the ones that are hard to see). Try to rip the file again. If that does not work, try drag & dropping the file, since you have AnyDVD running in the background.

If this fails, then you probably have a bad pressing. You can try taking it to a place like Gamecrazy that has those CD/DVD buffers and they can repair the disc, but I do not think it is worth spending an extra $2 on this movie and I also do not think that it will make it rip unless if it is badly scratched now.
