ok, i have an HDADvance, but it won't let me play the games online, will a mod chip let me play games online without the disk? or would it be just the same?

SWince you already have HD-Advance, just stick with it. If you didn't have anything, than I'd say get it modded because more games work with a chip than HD-Advance or games of an HDD.

Stick with hd advance. The games load faster and you don't have to use your laser.

Yeh he's right, but if you really want to play your games on line, i suggest using Swap Magic but everytime you want to play a new game, you have to patch the ISO, with a DNA code
