Tried every tool. Nothing works. DVDFab, DVDD, DVD Shrink, AnyDVD, etc. I would appreciate any suggestions.

What's happening? Any errors messages?
If all the ones you listed failed my guess would be a bad pressing. You may need to exhange it for a new one.

I did. I exchange it and they gave me a brand new one. The same thing happened. No one else has had a problem with this movie? Have you been able to rip it?

No I haven't tried this movie. Tried some other sites to see if any problems and a quick search resulted in nil on this movie.
What's happening or what are the error messages? Just a little more info on this can help us guide you on what to do.
