I have a Playstation Original fat box old school and it has this rad little gizmo on the back (a big mod chip and switch) from www.GAMARS.com.tw
How can I burn New VCDs for it and make backups of my DVDs to format to VCD to take on the road.. and most importantly..
How do I make back ups and or games from existing software I may have formatted for my self and now exist on my computer as I do not know how to extract it... as well as back ups disk?
I bought some VCDs that are dvd/vcd -CDs they look like regular CDs on the bottoms and work on any DVD player that supports VCD format..Well How do I do that?
I looked in another forum called http://forum.videohelp.com/viewforum.php?f=10
and its pretty informative but I bielive it still has gaps.

the orig playstation can only read games and music cds not videos off a VCD...

www.GAMARS.com.tw -is where you can get the expasion package for a Original Playstation ..although once you have the Mod piece there is still the issue of making new Games from files and Im having trouble with that, I havent made back ups yet but I'll post the results when I do.. Although I have been trying to create VCDs and still Im running into the same issue of extracting the file and using VCDeasy and also EasyVCD .. Basicly after having read the tutorials and guides I am still having the with issue of Extracting the file as it seems to be incompatable...PLEASE HELP SOMEONE
