Transferring VOB files

Hi. Here's the scoop...I have data DVDs that have VOB files on them. I meant to make them as a video DVD. I want to make a copy of some of them, but this time as a video DVD. I put the Data DVD into the computer. I start up Nero Burning ROM SE. I open up the DVD to the Audio and Video_TS folders and drag them over into Nero. Nero starts copying some of them, but eventually I get an error box saying "The file 'D:/Video_TS/VTS_01_3.VOB' could not be read." There are multiple ones that Nero can't read. I ran one of the data DVDs through CDCheck and it was free of errors. So why is this happening and how can I burn my video DVD?!
