^Hmm..

I asked for a new ISP, a freeview box, a 25 pack of Verbatims, clothes, some money, a new stereo system for PC. And a few extras, comics, DVDs, multi-socket scart boxes, cases etc.

What I got, was a really cool stereo system for PC :Þ
I got a new big leather PC chair :)
I got some money, £114
I got my 2 blue LEDs (Which I finally got after waiting sooo long for them!)

I got sweets, I am still waiting on my Verbatim discs arriving! But I got my 100 pack CDs anyway! :)

Overall, great Christmas so far!

-Mike

I wanted guitar hero for the ps2 and xbox live. Instead my fiance gave me a citizen watch (which was way over the limit we had set). I have my star wars bk watch so whats the deal. Just kidding the watch is great. I gave her a coffee pot so I'm not one to talk.

I wanted my family to be happy and for me not to have a Visa/MC bill! I got everything I wanted. My wife gave me a great set of Bose earphones (not the $300 noise cancelling set) because she doesn't like the music I play when I am on the puter.

Didn't want much if anything for Xmas - I'm too hard to get for so gift cards are just fine by me. Got those + some clothes I'll probably never wear. I did have probably the most laid back almost stress free Xmas day I have had in years. That to me was the best gift of all!

I got my wish for Christmas. You see my wife and I don't exchange gifts but instead donate to an Animal Rescue League along with two other charities, one for children and one for homeless families. This way we never have to return anything that doesn't fit! When we need something or want something we purchase it for ourselves at that point in time during the course of the year. We also tell our friends that we do not need or want anything for Christmas but if they really want to do something for us, then we encourage them to donate to one of our charities or the Animal Rescue League. This way no one can be disappointed with a gift received or feel obligated to return the favor. The retail stores don't like it much but the needy children and homeless families sure do, not to mention those animals who were abandoned or given up. Try it sometime and see how good it really feels, and if you still want to, get something for your spouse as well and also never forget about your own children at this time of year!

Lol

Yeah that's nice. It get's rid of the idea that Christmas day is a material day, like where you have to buy for people.. buy..buy..buy.

But It's good that you do that. and I bet most retail shop's don't like it, the idea that some people aren't buying over christmas they think's it's horrifying. Shows how greedy come companys/coprporations are nowadays eh.
