Hello,

I just recently got DVD Swap Magic 3.6 so I (well, my girlfriend, technically) could play Kingdom Hearts II (japanese import, I have a european PAL PSTwo).

I *think* I put the Magic Switch components right, although the component C (top one) pops out of its place when I close the cover. But that probably doesn't really matter, since if I leave the console opened, it loads the DVD Swap Magic disc, then when it's loaded I swap it with KH2, hit X, it reads the disc for 15-20 seconds then a message "Not a valid PS2 disc" appears. I also tried with a zone 1 anime DVD - I'm not sure it's supposed to work - and get the same error.

Any idea how to fix this? (before I get killed by my girlfriend because it's her Christmas present)

By the way, I forgot to mention: if I put a PAL game in, Swap Magic works
