executer 2.3B pro help needed!! PLEASE!

hello there, i installed the executer 2.3B pro into my xbox about a year ago, it has been working fine apart from when the LED broke, but that did not affect the game play (it did turn red when i was playing normal xbox games but didnt go green when i played my back-up's) Yesterday i switched my xbox on as usual with the mod-chip enabled, the xbox booted up three times and then the eject LED flashed RED/GREEN, no audio or video either. I definatly had the DIP switches in the correct combonation aswell. Normal xbox did work but i tried it this morning and it just switched itself off. :(
help would be fabulous, please get back to me asap.
