I just got a psp and it came with a 32mb i need more so, can i use any type of sandisk memory card or do i have to buy a sony? Also if anyone knows which card is better please reply.

From my experience, I think you can use any memory stick duo. You just gotta format it on the psp. Not sure about this though. You should confirm with more people here.

Yeh you can use any PRO DUO you like.

these memory cards are so expensive isnt there a cheaper way for extra memory like a convert for a sd card or sumthin

Yeah google for a guide on how to convert an existing mem card to fit, but i'm telling you now, it's a huge F**k around.

They're not that expensive if you don't buy it retail, the 2gb can be had for less than $190AUD buy now off ebay..
