Wedding Crashers, Valiant, and Madagascar worked fine here with dvdfab/DVD Shrink. i do all my dvd burns via Nero 6.x and while i've read a few posts about glitches with Wedding Crashers, i watched mine thru fine the other day..
Main PC ~ Intel C2Q Q6600 (G0 Stepping)/Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3/2GB Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500/Zalman CNPS9700/Antec 900/Corsair HX 620W

Ok, i would appreciate it if you guys could tell me what im doing wrong.
I open up DVDFab
I pop in Wedding Crashers or The Cave.
I make the Target folder (Wedding Crashers or The Cave) on my hard drive and i press start.
When its finished, i open up DVD Shrink, i go to open files i think it is, and i select the audio and video folders and it shrinks them.
Then i tried burning it with Nero but it failed (Maybe im using the wrong settings?)
I also tried burning with Stomp RecordNow and it didnt work. Or sometimes it just works in the computer, but not in my dvd player.
I appreciate your help.

@kornacus -
all fine up to Shrink, you just need the video_ts folder (the audio_ts folder is always empty, ignore that one); in Nero Burning Rom open a new compilation of type 'DVD Video' then drag the video_ts folder to left pane in Nero then just burn

Anyone know where to get DVDFab Decrypter?
I have been Having trouble with "Stealth" using DVD Dycrypter.

When it pops up asking where you want it to go make sure the top folder is the burning folder and the bottom is C: drive, that way when you get to burning it will automatically do it for you. That is how mine works, maybe yours works different. I hope that helps some.

Just burned the uncorked edition with dvd shrink and burned with dvd Decrypter no promblem at all.

My method -
1 - Dvdshrink (recode/encode)
2 - Dvddecypter (burn)
My copy turned out good (proper chapter navigation, chapter 10 is fine). Note that I reauthored only the main movie.
My question -
1 - Why do some members have trouble with this film while others have success?

Just did Wedding Crashers twice.One to DL and other to single layer. The DL I did with Any DVD running in the background and DVD Dekrypter making sure to shut off Any DVD when burning.Nero seems to have trouble with the layer breaks and gives a poorer quality reading. I burn the DLs at 2.4x. I then burn't the single layer with ANY DVD running in the back ground any DVD Dekrypter to Nero Recode2 any Nero burning Rom using Alkohols guide.I've been burning the single layer at 4x using the Verbatims. I found if I have Any DVD running when I'm burning it takes away the quality. As Alkohol says I get nice and smooth movies this way that keeps my original movies safe.

Anydvd just updated yesterday. I was able to back this one up with AnyDVD and shrink with no problem. I even backed up the Cave this morning using these two. If you haven't already, update your AnyDVD.

I too have been having problems backing up wedding crashers, first of all I always use DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, and occasionally I have to run DVD43. When I try to run it using Shrink and do entire disk, it gets to around 22% and freezes up, I tried to do movie only and it freezes around 19%, I also tried to rip to my HD using Decrypter, and it also freezes around 22%. I downloaded and tried DVD Fab Decrypter, and it too freezes. I tried all of these with and without DVD43 running, I did notice two scratches on the disk surface, not too big, but pretty noticable, is that what might be preventing me from backing this movie up?? I also ran Nero CD=DVD Speed program, and did a surface scan test, and it also starts to show yellow damaged blocks and eventually several red bad blocks at around 22% of the read. Is there anything else I might try, or is it safe to assume that the scratches are my problem here. Thanks for your time.

Try cleaning the DVD I get a piece of wet or damp toilet paper and wipe it clean and then dry it with toilet paper. I have had a lot of success doing it this way.

I have a glitch backing up wedding crashers full disc with DVD Shrink and AnyDVD. The problem is in chapter four and there is a short loop that re-plays itself once. I created a full disk ISO twice and the problem remained. I re-authored and chose title 1 which is 2:06 min, I didn't see the glitch again using re-author.
AnyDVD and CloneDVD for life.

I read that others are having success ripping WC, but i am not.
Im using 2 different setups and still having no luck
1. AnyDVD > Nero Recode - Fails during the intial check of the disk, right at the very last seconds... Redundacy Error
I have the most up to date version of AnyDVD running.
2. if the above fails usually i can use DVDShrink, rip to hd and then burn with Nero, but SAME thing is happening with DVDShrink, fails during initial check right at 99% and even once or twice at 100%
Can anyone give me some insight on how others are getting theirs to rip when they are using the same apps as me?
