I have been unable to even format a DVD. The machine stops at the 50% mark and then after about a minute it will continue to the 98% mark, then it will say bad disk and I have to unplug the unit to even eject the DVD. I called iLo and got in touch with a very helpful guy but even the new firmware he sent me did not fix the problem. He highly recommended Verbatim disks which I have and still no luck. This machine sucks and it is going back to Walmart.
