Hi people. Firstly what an excellent forum!

Is there a program out there that will allow you to play a UMD film without having to dump it etc make it an iso etc?

have searched google for many hours without any luck.

For info i have a jap version 1.5 PSP trying to run a UMD of the film blade. The UMD says its requires the upgrade to 1.52 to play it. So have installed the Sony x Team version changer. changed the version to 2.0 tried playing the UMD film and get the error message "this disc cannot be played"

Any help or advice would be great!

Sorry forgot to say that it is a region 2 UMD as well. Which i understand will work on my Jap PSP.

You might be able to use UMD Emulator to play it and UMD Dump v.2 fo the ISO. However UMDs are very large and I think they might be larger than 2 gigs. I am not sure tho, so I could be wrong.
