hi got a question i dont think you can but can i convert games that i got that are in chineese into english thanks for the help

No.

You'd have to actually find where in the game the text is, manually translate all the text into English, and then rebuild the game.

I've never seen a translation for a PS2 game, in fact, the only games I've ever seen translations for are several SNES and GBA roms.
